New Flower Themed Stilt Act for Summer Events
We are excited to announce the launch of our new Stilt Walking act The Fushia Flower Ladies!
We’ve been super busy developing 2 new circus act characters ‘The Fushia Flower Ladies’ this involved designing and making 2 new stilt costumes. Huge thanks goes to West of England Creative Authority (WECA) Culture West, Creative Freelancer grant programme for the funding to make them!
This new environmental flower themed stilt walking act is interactive and colourful. The aim is to bring some joy and colour to all events as well as being a talking point for the need for biodiversity and flowers to support and improve the decline in Insects and bees who pollinate them. The costumes have been made from recycled, or scrap material scrap where possible in order to be sustainable and minimise our impact on the environment. We are excited that this new performance act will help raise awareness about protecting our planet, encourage climate action. The new act is representative of the Spring and Summer seasonal flowers and wildlife.
This walkabout act is now ready for booking for summer events of 2025 and spring & summer events of 2026. Watch this space as we hope to be performing at Festival of Nature, Hampton Court Flower Show, Malvern Spring Festival and Chelsea Flower show among others.
This stilt walking act is an enchanting flower interactive walkabout act that can be used for performances in local community events, schools, nature/ climate themed festivals. We are inspired to educate people about biodiversity, wildflowers, the changing seasons and wildlife. The new act is representative of the Spring and Summer seasonal flowers and wildlife.
